Those who do visit Witney often say: "The town is great! Why have we never been here before?"
So what could we do to encourage more visitors to Witney?
It is said that towns that have a well-managed 'visitor trade' find their visitors help support facilities that also benefit residents. Is it true, and how could Witney benefit?
